Own technical delivery, lead design and code quality, and mentor engineers.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform detailed requirement analysis and lead solution design.
- Mentor team members and enforce coding standards.
- Ensure implementation of TDD practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in architectural discussions.
- Drive risk mitigation and technical documentation efforts.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of Windows application development using C++ and MFC.
- Strong understanding of OOP, multithreading, IPC, and design patterns.
- Experience with unit/integration testing and Agile practices.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of SQL, PowerShell, and DICOM (preferred).
