Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute social media strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement.
• Create short-form and long-form video content, posts, and stories tailored for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Ensure content feels authentic, human, and relatable while highlighting our AI services.
• Manage posting schedules, and community interactions.
• Track performance metrics, analyze insights, and adjust strategy for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership to align content with brand voice, values, and growth goals.
• Stay up to date on social media trends, AI industry news, and storytelling techniques.
Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation (video-first approach).
• Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices (LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
• Ability to create engaging, conversational content that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Video editing and basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or similar tools).
• Passion for AI, startups, and creative storytelling.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
