At Schbang, we're looking for a Senior HubSpot CMS Developer to build custom, scalable web experiences that help top brands connect, convert, and grow.

What You'll Do:

- Develop custom themes, templates, and modules on HubSpot CMS
- Build fully responsive, high-performance landing pages and websites
- Collaborate with designers and marketers to bring creative ideas to life
- Use HubL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build reusable web components
- Optimize for speed, SEO, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
- Maintain CMS assets using Design Manager and CLI
- Stay updated on HubSpot platform improvements and apply best practices
- Troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and CMS limitations efficiently

You're a great fit if you:

- Have 3–5 years of professional experience working in the HubSpot CMS ecosystem
- Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, campaign-heavy environment
- Have experience building modular, scalable, and mobile-friendly web components
- Understand how to turn marketing goals into technical solutions
- Collaborate well with both technical and non-technical teams
- Love clean, maintainable code and believe in performance-first design

Your KPIs:

- Deliver 3–4 high-performing landing pages or microsites quarterly
- Maintain 99% uptime and performance score across builds
- Ensure all code meets accessibility, SEO, and responsiveness standards
