We are currently seeking a ECM Implementation Manager cum Scrum Master to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Role: ECM Implementation Manager cum Scrum Master

Technical Domain

- Must Have: ECM, Document Management System, Microservices, Java
- Nice to Have: BPM

Business Domain:

- Must Have: Banking

Ways of working:

- Must Have: Agile, Kanban, Jira,
- Nice to have: Sprints/Scrum

Skills:

- Must Have:

- Should be able to manage releases through Remedy
- Should be able to liase with other teams and coordinate deployments
- Should be able to respond and manage production incidents.
- Should be comfortable working with Java Microservices team
- Enforce and promote SCRUM disciplines
- Ensures team is delivering / aligned on project vision and goals
- Promotes healthy team environment and removes impediments
- Must organize and run daily stand ups
- Must keep the IT team focused on sprint plan and support regular reviews
- Responsible for ensuring stakeholders are up to speed on IT team progress
- Manage Agile ceremonies
- Implementation manager
- Manage project timelines
- Control and manage scope
- Facilitate effort estimation
- Develop and manage implementation plan

- Nice to have:

- Is hands on and able to review code and troubleshoot issues.

Other:

- Must Have:

- Works to Ireland time.
- Has to be proactive and manage independently with minimal direction.
