Associate Creative Director Copy

Role Overview

As an Associate Creative Director Copy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative vision and driving the strategic direction of campaigns. You&aposll lead a team of writers and collaborate with designers, art directors, and cross-functional teams to craft compelling, insight-driven, and award-winning work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Creative Leadership:
- Conceptualize and develop innovative, strategic, and effective advertising campaigns that meet client objectives and resonate with target audiences.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and inspire the team with fresh ideas and creative problem-solving approaches.
- Collaborate with account and strategy teams to translate client briefs into impactful creative concepts.

- Content Excellence:
- Oversee and guide the copy team in crafting sharp, compelling, and on-brand messaging across various channels digital, social, print, and video.
- Ensure creative output maintains consistency in tone, voice, and quality across all touchpoints.
- Review and refine creative materials to meet the highest standards of storytelling and effectiveness.

- Mentorship & Collaboration:
- Mentor and coach junior and mid-level copywriters, fostering their growth in creative thinking, storytelling, and execution.
- Work closely with art directors and designers to develop visually impactful and conceptually strong campaigns.

- Client & Project Management:
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to present and articulate creative ideas with clarity and confidence.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices to inspire innovative solutions.

- Creative Expertise: Proven track record of developing successful, award-winning campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to translate complex client briefs into clear, compelling, and results-driven creative concepts.
- Storytelling Mastery: Exceptional copywriting skills with a flair for crafting impactful narratives and punchy taglines.
- Leadership Skills: Experience mentoring and leading creative teams, fostering collaboration, and inspiring excellence.
- Presentation Savvy: Strong communication and presentation skills to confidently sell ideas and strategies to clients.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining creative integrity.
