which will come in handy as you move forward in your career As a Zscaler administrator you are responsible for managing and configuring Zscaler security services including Zscaler Internet Access ZIA and Zscaler Private Access ZPA to ensure secure network access for users by implementing and maintaining policies like URL filtering threat prevention and access controls while also monitoring for security incidents and collaborating with network and security teams to optimize the Zscaler platform within an organization s infrastructure essentially acting as the primary point of contact for all Zscaler related operations and troubleshooting Strong understanding of network security concepts like firewalls VPNs and proxy servicesExpertise in cloud security architectures and Zero Trust principlesFamiliarity with Zscaler administration console including policy configuration and reporting featuresExperience with identity management protocols like SAML and OAuthProficiency in troubleshooting network connectivity issuesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsWho You AreYoure good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it However equally as and borderless naturally inclusive in how you work with others Required Technical and Professional Expertise8-12 years of experience focused on Network support configuration and implementation5 years of experience in ZScaler administration5 years of experience in core switching routing MPLS and firewallsNetworking and security architecture and engineering support experience across local regional and global domainsAbility to effectively execute multiple IT projects and deadlines with limited supervisionPreferred Technical and Professional ExperienceZscaler Internet Access ZIA Zscaler Private
