Role Description We’re looking for an AI Video Creator to join our creative team in Bangalore. In this role, you’ll use cutting-edge AI tools to produce engaging short-form animations for our kids’ entertainment IPs. You’ll transform still character images into expressive, story-driven video moments — crafting lifelike motion, expressions, and lip-sync that connect with young audiences around the world. This is a rare opportunity to help define a brand-new creative pipeline at the intersection of storytelling, animation, and technology. What You’ll Do Create high-quality short videos and animations using AI tools based on provided scripts, characters, and images for our Youtube, Instagram, Tiktok and other channels Transform static artwork into lively, dynamic animations with accurate lip-sync and character motion Collaborate with writers, designers, and editors to develop compelling, story-driven outputs Iterate on visuals quickly based on feedback from the creative team Research and experiment with the latest AI tools (Kling, Runway, Pika, Minimax, Luma, etc.) to push the boundaries of animation Suggest process improvements and help refine Octopass’s AI video production pipeline What You’ll Bring Proven experience in video production, motion design, or animation , with a portfolio of creative work Hands-on expertise in AI video or animation tools (Kling, Runway, Pika, Minimax, etc.) Strong understanding of visual storytelling, timing, and cinematic principles Proficiency with editing or compositing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve Sharp creative eye and strong attention to detail Comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative, startup environment Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback Preferred Qualifications Background in film, animation, visual communication, or fine arts Familiarity with AI prompt writing , lip-sync workflows, or character animation pipelines Interest in children’s storytelling and animated IPs Familiarity in working with AI video creation tools is a Must Why Join Us Build from the Ground Up: Shape the creative systems of a studio redefining kids’ content creation.
