DESCRIPTIONAt Amazon Logistics we are building a world class last mile operation significantly complimented by Amazon Flex Amazon Flex works directly with independent contractors - called delivery partners - to make deliveries to our customers With Amazon Flex individuals can now be their own boss delivering Amazon packages Amazon Flex is powered by a mobile app that works in concert with our advanced logistics systems that allows delivery partners to on-board schedule delivery times guide them through their deliveries with in-app mapping and navigation and more The approach and technology are nothing short of disruptive and promise to challenge traditional approaches and change the way the industry operates We are seeking an experienced passionate dynamic analytical innovative hands-on and customer-obsessed Operations Excellence Manager to help establish Amazon Flex as the preferred provider help build our network of Delivery Partners and ensure that we are offering them the support to deliver on our customer promise The successful applicant will work with functions that cut across the organization including technology transportation operations legal and customer service to drive a great customer experience for our program This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting fast growing last mile delivery operation Key job responsibilities The successful candidate will be self-motivated passionate highly analytical and detail-oriented possess superior inter personal and communication skills and be comfortable working alongside the Amazon Logistics teams to drive quality and productivity in a fast-paced environment An extreme bias for action is an absolute must and candidates must demonstrate a superior track record of delivering results Responsibilities Include xc2 xb7 Own the pricing strategy for Amazon Flex with alignment from Finance India and global leadership Design and execute tactical and strategic pricing interventions across Block and Instant Offers to ensure competitive pricing including identifying and reacting to external and internal triggers xc2 xb7 Manage and coordinate Change Management projects with multiple stakeholders including Product Technology Marketing Legal PR and Operations xc2 xb7 Confidently conducting deep dive analysis alongside presenting corrective actions for weekly and monthly business reviews with senior stakeholders xc2 xb7 Working with Business Intelligence teams to create robust reporting mechanisms in order to maximize operational visibility We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations Bengaluru KA INDBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 3 years of program or project management experience - 3 years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Knowledge of Excel Pivot Tables VLookUps at an advanced level and SQL - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvementsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- 3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience - 3 years of driving process improvements experience - Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience building processes project management and schedules Amazon
