HyperLaunch is looking for experienced Part-Time Technical Trainers to deliver high-quality training programs for students and working professionals in the following domains: Full Stack Development Data Science Artificial Intelligence This opportunity is strictly for Tamil Nadu–based professionals who are fluent in Tamil and have proven training experience . Eligibility Criteria Minimum 2+ years of hands-on training experience in at least one of the above domains ⚠️ Freshers are NOT eligible Must be based in Tamil Nadu Must be fluent in Tamil (training will be conducted in Tamil) Strong industry experience with relevant tools and technologies Ability to design and deliver curriculum independently Excellent classroom communication and presentation skills Willingness to travel across Tamil Nadu for offline training. Key Responsibilities Deliver structured, engaging offline classroom training in Tamil Mentor learners through hands-on projects, case studies, and assessments Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback Update training content based on current industry requirements Manage classroom dynamics and ensure learner engagement Preferred Experience Experience in both offline and online training Prior association with colleges, training institutes, or skill development programs Ability to handle 40+ learners per batch effectively Note: Only experienced Tamil-speaking trainers from Tamil Nadu will be considered.
