Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required.Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.EDUCATION QUALIFICATION :- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or similar.A driver's license. (not mandatory)Experience in a similar role.Required Skills & Competencies 1. Technical Skills Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and site management. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering plans. Knowledge of surveying techniques, quality standards, and construction codes. Familiarity with project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera). 2. Personal & Professional Skills Leadership and team management skills to supervise on-site labor and subcontractors. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure. Strong communication skills to coordinate with clients, architects, and team members. High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all site operations. 3. Safety & Compliance Skills Knowledge of construction site safety standards and practices. Ability to conduct risk assessments and enforce safety measures. Understanding of environmental and labor law compliance.
