Previously we have been leveraged contractors from vendors to provide RPA developer role to staff RPA squad to build RPA solutions and maintain those solutions during the Run Operate phase Now we would like to i-source some of these roles in-house and there are several benefits for doing so 1 Keep the technical knowledge internal to reduce the risk of vendor lock-in 2 Potential to reduce some are seeking a motivated and skilled Intermediate-level RPA Developer to join our automation team The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the UiPath platform to design develop and deploy RPA bots that streamline business processes Additionally the role requires leveraging AWS cloud services to host and manage analytics databases that support automation insights and reporting Key Responsibilities Design develop test and deploy RPA bots using UiPath to automate repetitive and rule-based business processes Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions Maintain and enhance existing RPA automations to improve efficiency and reliability Integrate RPA solutions with AWS cloud infrastructure including hosting and managing analytics databases e g Amazon RDS Redshift or DynamoDB Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to support analytics and reporting needs Monitor bot performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and accuracy Document automation processes technical specifications and user guides Stay updated with the latest automation and cloud technologies and best practices Work closely with cross-functional teams including platform engineering Cloud Network teams and business units to ensure seamless automation deployment Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in RPA development specifically with UiPath Strong understanding of UiPath Studio Orchestrator and Robot deployment Minimum of 5 years of experience with NET Framework Languages such as C Python PowerShell Experience with AWS cloud services particularly in hosting and managing databases Amazon RDS Redshift DynamoDB Familiarity with SQL and database management for analytics purposes Experience with data integration ETL processes and analytics workflows Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment What should you have Experience with cloud security best practices and compliance Knowledge of other RPA tools and platforms Familiarity with Agile development methodologies Experience with version control systems like Git Familiarity
