Job Title: ServiceNow Lead Location: PAN India (Remote) Experience: 8+ years in ServiceNow development and administration Role Overview: We are looking for a ServiceNow Lead to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and related modules. This is a remote role open to candidates across India , requiring strong technical expertise and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead ServiceNow development and configuration (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog). Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and governance. Manage integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Oversee platform upgrades, performance tuning, and security compliance. Mentor junior developers and administrators. Prepare technical documentation and support audits. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong experience in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, UI Policies). Hands-on expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and workflows. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Preferred. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Nice to Have: ITIL process knowledge. Experience with Agile methodologies. Exposure to automation and scripting tools.
