About The Role We are looking for suitable candidate for fire products requires a combination of technical skills, industry knowledge, leadership, and management skills to lead the development of innovative and effective fire safety products. Job Knowledge - Strong technical knowledge of fire safety engineering and products, including fire suppression and detection systems, and fire-resistant materials - Knowledge of industry regulations and building codes related to fire safety - Knowledge of research and development methodologies to create innovative, effective, and safe fire products - Understanding of budgeting and financial management principles related to the product development process - Knowledge of project management and product development processes and methods Job Skills - - Strong leadership skills to manage a team of researchers, scientists, and product developersCoordination - - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including customers and suppliers - - Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address technical issues and risks during product development - Excellent analytical skills to analyze data, market trends, and customer needs to develop effective fire safety products - - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously - Results-oriented approach to achieve project deadlines and deliverables on time and within budget - Overall, a Senior Manager of Research and Development for fire products requires a combination of technical skills, industry knowledge, leadership, and management skills to lead the development of innovative and effective fire safety products.
