Role-Security TSR (Technical Support Representative)

Required Technical Skill Set-L2 Security (IAM, Network Security, VPC / IAP), L1-L2 Cloud Ops

Location of Requirement-Chennai, Gandhinagar,Bangalore

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

(Ideally should be at least 3 years of hands-on with Security)

- Must have user provisioning/deprovisioning, access control, identity governance through audits and reviews, and managing authentication mechanisms like single sign-on (SSO)
- Should have experience in Threat identification and detection, including vulnerability assessment and penetration tests
- Should have exposure to incident and risk management with knowledge on implementing security policies and incident response protocols
- Should have experience in performing authentication and authorization at the application level
- Regularly updating and maintaining the system to ensure optimal performance and security
- Exposure in configuring and managing network devices and services
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
- Identifying, resolving technical issues, and diagnosing the root cause of technical problems, whether hardware, software, or network-related
- Providing technical assistance to users, both internal and external, through various channels
- Communicating technical information clearly and concisely to users and stakeholders
- Setting up and tearing down cloud resources (servers, storage, networks) as needed
- Ensuring consistent and secure configurations across the cloud environment
- Support with 24x7 operations (Rotational Shifts)
- English language (verbal and written) Proficiency is must

Good-to-Have

- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in Security Administration
- Infrastructure Certifications related to Security systems
- Cloud Certifications related to GCP ACE
