Job Overview Care Group of Institutions is seeking a College Bus Driver for a Full-Time position in Tiruchirappalli The role is mid-level requiring a minimum of 4 years of driving experience The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe transportation of students and faculty ensuring timely arrivals at their destinations Qualifications and Skills Must have defensive driving skills Mandatory skill to ensure safety on the road at all times Vehicle maintenance skills to regularly check and maintain bus performance and address any mechanical issues promptly Time management skills to ensure adherence to schedules and timely pick-up and drop-offs Student safety skills to create a secure and comfortable travel environment for students A strong understanding of traffic regulations to comply with road laws and ensure passenger safety Route planning skills to determine and follow the most efficient and safe routes Emergency response abilities to act quickly and effectively in the case of unforeseen situations or accidents Excellent communication skills to interact kindly with students parents and faculty ensuring clear communication Skills Defensive Driving Vehicle Maintenance Time Management Student Safety Traffic Regulations Route Planning Emergency Response Communication Skills Company Overview Roles and Responsibilities Safely operate the college bus and ensure the safety of all passengers throughout the journey Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition Adhere to traffic laws and school transportation rules while maintaining a safe driving speed Create and maintain a positive and conducive atmosphere for students during their commute Report any operational issues or safety concerns promptly to the appropriate authorities or maintenance team Ensure the bus is clean and presentable at all times for the comfort of all passengers Coordinate with school administration to communicate transportation-related changes or issues effectively Respond quickly to emergencies or disruptions ensuring student safety is prioritized at all times Job Type Full-time Pay 9 000 00 - 10 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Provident Fund
