We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with expertise in ERP development, website development, DevOps, and Next.js to lead and oversee our software development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of developers, ensuring seamless project execution, and optimizing workflows to drive successful project outcomes. The role requires a deep understanding of ERP systems, web technologies, DevOps practices, and modern JavaScript frameworks like Next.js to build scalable and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Leadership:

- Lead and manage a team of 5 developers, ensuring efficient project execution.
- Define project goals, deliverables, and timelines while aligning them with business objectives.
- Implement Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Track project progress using Jira, Trello, or Asana, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide project updates.
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.

ERP Development & Implementation:

- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of ERP systems tailored to business needs.
- Ensure smooth integration of ERP modules such as finance, HR, inventory, and supply chain management.
- Optimize database performance, security, and data migration processes within ERP systems.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement custom ERP solutions that enhance business efficiency.

Website Development & Next.js Expertise:

- Oversee the design and development of scalable, high-performance websites using Next.js.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in front-end and back-end development, focusing on performance optimization.
- Guide the team in implementing SEO-friendly, server-side rendered (SSR) applications with Next.js.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and responsive web applications.

DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure:

- Implement and manage DevOps pipelines for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
- Oversee cloud infrastructure deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP) for hosting ERP and web applications.
- Ensure scalability, security, and high availability of applications using containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Automate workflows for efficient deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of applications.

Process Optimization & Quality Assurance:

- Enforce coding standards, best practices, and security protocols across development projects.
- Implement testing strategies (unit, integration, and regression testing) to ensure software reliability.
- Conduct performance reviews and feedback sessions with the development team to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in ERP development, website development, DevOps, and project management.
- Strong knowledge of Next.js, React, Node.js, and backend technologies.
- Expertise in ERP systems architecture, database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), and API integrations.
- Experience in DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) management.
- Strong understanding of security best practices, performance optimization, and scalable architectures.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate availability is required.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with microservices architecture and serverless computing.
- Familiarity with AI/ML integration in ERP and web applications.
- Knowledge of business process automation and workflow optimization tools.
