Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Rishikesh for a Housekeeping Attendant. The role involves day-to-day upkeep of the hostel, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, common areas, and facilities. Responsibilities include handling laundry services, maintaining supplies, supporting the upkeep of a welcoming environment, and collaborating with other team members to meet guest needs effectively. The Housekeeping Attendant will also assist with ensuring an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards and adhering to procedures. Qualifications - Proficiency in laundry operations and related tasks - Strong communication and customer service skills to assist and engage with guests - Excellent organizational skills to manage daily housekeeping duties efficiently - Ability to train and assist team members in maintaining cleanliness and standards - A proactive and positive attitude with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere - Prior experience in a hospitality or housekeeping role is an advantage - Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining hygiene and safety protocols
