We are urgently hiring Executive - Inside sales for our Fancy, Books & Stationery Variety Shop. This role is ideal for enthusiastic, customer-friendly, and sales-oriented individuals who enjoy engaging with people and helping them with their shopping needs. We are open to hiring both full-time and part-time candidates, and female candidates are preferred. Freshers are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.Work Type: Full-time / Part-timeWork Timings: Walk in between 10:00 AM to 9:00 PMKey Responsibilities Customer Assistance Greet and assist walk-in customers in selecting products. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable items from the store. Ensure customers have a pleasant shopping experience. Sales Handling Manage sales of fancy items, books, stationery, and gift products. Upsell and cross-sell products to increase overall sales. Maintain accurate billing using shop systems or manual billing. Stock & Display Management Arrange and display products neatly for better customer appeal. Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about low or fast-moving items. Assist in inventory management and stock counting. Cash & Billing Support Handle customer billing and payments accurately. Maintain records of daily sales and transactions. Shop Maintenance Keep the shop area clean, organized, and well-maintained. Ensure shelves, racks, and counters are properly arranged at all times.Requirements Education: Minimum 10th / 12th pass. Graduates welcome. Experience: Freshers can apply. Prior retail or sales experience is an advantage. Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred. Skills Required: Good communication and customer service skills. Basic knowledge of books, stationery, or fancy items (training will be given).
