Orbit & Skyline is looking forward to onboarding a Diffusion Equipment Engineer with experience on 200 TEL Alpha 8se tool set. The candidate will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of diffusion furnace equipment. The candidate must have good understanding of control systems like SPC, tools and process alarm limits and able perform robot teaching, temperature calibration using Flat zone TC jig. Responsibilities: - Minimum 5+ years of experience in Semiconductor diffusion equipment maintenance in International FABs. - Experience on 200 TEL Alpha 8se tool set is must. - In-depth knowledge of diffusion furnace equipment and basic process knowledge. - Responsible for Preventive and corrective maintenance of diffusion furnace equipment. - Good understanding of control systems like SPC, tools and process alarm limits. - Able to perform robot teaching, Temperature calibration using Flat zone TC jig. - Maximize the uptime of equipment performance and troubleshoot equipment related problems. - Troubleshoot complex problems, perform root cause analysis, and resolve process issues. - Should have good understanding of mainframe and subsystems like pump, Power supply unit, rapid cooling unit etc. Work closely with customers on the equipment and process related issues. - Self-driven, and ability to work independently individually or in a team environment. - Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills. - Should be able to work in any shift and provide off shift coverage as needed. Eligibility Criteria - 6 to 10 years of experience in semiconductor wafer FAB equipment maintenance is must. - Degree/ Diploma in engineering with relevant experience. - Positive attitude & good team player - Understanding of sensors, actuators, pneumatics. - Able to work in in rotating shifts. - Good verbal & written communication skills. - Self-driven, and ability to work independently and/or in a team environment.
