The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and collaborating with Canadian clients or vendors. Responsibilities - Handle full-cycle recruitment for Government of Canada and public sector roles. - Source, screen, and qualify candidates across provinces. - Maintain compliance with Canadian hiring regulations and documentation standards. - Build strong relationships with consultants and internal delivery teams. Qualifications - 2-8 years of Canadian recruitment experience, preferably in government or public sector hiring.
