Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to set up and operate CNC machines for manufacturing precision parts. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have a strong understanding of machine operation, and maintain high-quality production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up CNC machines by installing and adjusting tools, fixtures, and attachments.

Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders.

Operate CNC machines to cut, shape, and finish metal, plastic, or other materials.

Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency, and make adjustments as needed.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.

Inspect finished products using measurement tools for accuracy and quality.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Record production data and report any issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in CNC operation preferred.

Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or relevant role.

Strong knowledge of CNC machinery, tooling, and programming (basic G-code understanding is a plus).

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Good manual dexterity and physical stamina.

Commitment to safety standards and teamwork.
