Telecom Field Engineer

Key Responsibilities Install and commission telecommunications systems wired and wireless networks and fiber optic systems Monitor network performance and troubleshoot system faults to ensure minimal downtime Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades of telecom hardware and software Manage and optimize bandwidth utilization routing and network traffic Integrate telecom systems with IT infrastructure for seamless data and voice transmission Ensure compliance with telecommunications regulations and company policies Collaborate with vendors and service providers for network expansions upgrades and troubleshooting Prepare technical documentation reports and network diagrams Support security measures for telecommunications systems including encryption and access control Qualifications Bachelors degree in Telecommunications Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related field Proven experience in telecom or network engineering typically 25 years Strong understanding of network protocols TCP IP SIP MPLS etc Hands-on experience with VoIP routers switches and optical transmission systems Knowledge of wireless technologies 4G 5G LTE Wi-Fi Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and documentation abilities Preferred Optional Have good experience with Nokia Eq RAN MW Have a driving license
