Job Description Company Description SmyleXL is a premier multi-specialty dental clinic located in Viman Nagar, Pune, at the prime location of Town Square Mall. The clinic offers a full range of dental treatments, from general dentistry to advanced procedures, as well as smile designing and personality enhancement. SmyleXL has state-of-the-art dental facility, the first of its kind in Viman Nagar, ensuring faster and more accurate diagnosis and treatment planning for full-mouth cases. The clinic is equipped with advanced dental equipment like in-house CBCT, laser dentistry, intraoral scanner etc and features three fully equipped dental units to provide the best possible care to patients. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Dentist, located in Pune. The Associate Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental issues, performing routine check-ups, extractions, fillings, and cleanings, and developing treatment plans for patients. Additional tasks include overseeing dental assistants, collaborating with other dental professionals, maintaining patient records, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety are met. Qualifications - Experience in general dentistry, including diagnostic, preventive, and therapeutic treatments - Skills in advanced dental procedures such as root canal treatments, prosthodontics, and orthodontics - Proficiency in using advanced dental equipment and technologies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team - Bachelor's degree in Dentistry (BDS) from a recognized institution, with a valid dental license - Relevant work experience in a dental clinic or healthcare setting is preferred - Commitment to continuing education and staying updated with the latest advancements in dentistry
