Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Database List Building:
Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain comprehensive lead databases.
Identify and segment target audiences to optimize lead generation efforts.
Use various tools and platforms to capture, track, and manage leads effectively.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in lead acquisition.
Lead Generation:
Design and execute lead generation strategies to drive sales and business development.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create campaigns targeting potential clients.
Use multiple channels to generate leads quality leads.
Market Research Strategy Building:
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitors, and trends, ICP development, etc
Develop actionable strategies based on market insights to enhance lead generation and database building efforts.
Create detailed market reports, including data analysis and forecasting.
Client Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide insights, and ensure satisfaction.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.
Project Management:
Oversee the execution of projects related to lead generation and database management.
Define project goals, timelines, deliverables, and resources required.
Track project progress, mitigate risks, and manage resources to ensure successful completion.
Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team of professionals in lead generation, research, and database management.
Set clear performance objectives, provide feedback, and ensure team members are aligned with company goals.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, encouraging innovation and growth.
Crisis Management:
Identify potential crises and resolve issues proactively.
Manage unforeseen problems in the process, and work with teams to find quick and effective solutions.
Communicate effectively with all relevant stakeholders during crisis situations.
Problem Solving Resource Planning:
Identify challenges within lead generation, database management, and team processes, and develop solutions.
Manage resources effectively, ensuring optimal allocation to meet project and client goals.
Optimize workflows and processes to drive efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Delivery Quality Control:
Ensure that all deliverables meet or exceed quality standards.
Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
Review and approve all lead generation lists and research reports before sharing with clients or internal teams.
Reporting Performance Metrics:
Prepare and present weekly and quarterly business reviews (WBR, QBR) to senior management and stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, database management, and client satisfaction.
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Risk Management:
Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with lead generation, client management, and project delivery.
Proactively address potential obstacles and mitigate risks to ensure smooth execution.
Internal Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with various internal departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Operations, IT) to align efforts and achieve business goals.
Serve as the point of contact for cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Additional Responsibilities:
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in lead generation and database management.
Continuously evaluate and optimize the processes and systems in place to improve efficiency and results.
Required Skills Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 1.5 - 2 years of experience working as Assistant Manager/ Sr. Team Lead in lead database/list building, market research, lead generation, or client management. With total experience of 8+ years in relevant field.
Preferred Skills:
Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent.
Advanced Data Analysis: Experience with data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau).
Experience with Lead Generation Platforms: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems: Experience with CRM tools and reporting dashboards.
