Position Overview

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Procurement & Supply chain Manager to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the growth and profitability of assigned product categories.

You will play a critical role in developing strategies, fostering supplier relationships and optimising product assortments to secure unbeatable deals & help sales teams win more clients.

Designation: Manager- Procurement & Supply chain- Corporate Gifting

Job Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Work Type: Work from Office ( 5 day working)

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the assigned product category to achieve sales, margin, and market share targets for the Corporate Gifting ( Physical + Digital) business line.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Create and maintain a category business plan, including forecasting, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
- Define and manage the product assortment, ensuring it aligns with customer needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with suppliers to source and select products that enhance the category's value proposition.
- Optimize pricing, inventory levels, and shelf placement to maximize sales and profitability.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with suppliers, including pricing, delivery schedules, and service agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or compliance.
- Work closely with marketing teams to develop and execute category-specific promotions and campaigns.
- Partner with sales teams to align category initiatives with customer requirements.
- Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure optimal stock levels and distribution efficiency.
- Monitor category performance metrics, including sales, profitability, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Manage the entire supply chain & QC.

Key Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- 3–5 years of experience in Procurement, category management, merchandising, or a related role, preferably in the Corporate Gifting industry.
- Proven ability to manage complex product portfolios and deliver results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in category management tools and software
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop long-term plans and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Knowledge of consumer behaviour, market trends & dynamics.
