Job Description Delhi NCR, Ahmedabad 10 LPA to 12.60 LPA ( Depending on previous experience and skillset) About The Position The Associate Manager Communications & Creative Production supports end-to-end storytelling execution by managing scripts, writing, content packaging, documentation, scheduling, production coordination, and publishing workflows. The role ensures that every story moves smoothly from conception to release with high-quality narrative and visual packaging. Responsibilities - Writing & Content Packaging - Write compelling copy for YouTube descriptions, podcast metadata, summaries, story cards, newsletters, captions, and platform text. - Support script drafting, research summaries, interview notes, and narrative outlines. - Prepare creative briefs, run-of-show documents, episode outlines, and structured content templates. - Production & Coordination - Coordinate guest confirmations, research dossiers, consent forms, shoot permissions, field logistics, and production schedules. - Maintain production documentation and ensure smooth workflow between filming, editing, and publishing teams. - Collaborate closely with designers, editors, and producers to ensure timely execution. - Publishing & Platform Management - Manage content calendars, trackers, dashboards, scheduling sheets, and episode publishing timelines. - Create platform-ready content formats such as audiograms, quote cards, thumbnails, promo snippets, and cut-down reels (with design support). - Upload and publish content following platform metadata, SEO, and formatting standards. - Analytics & Reporting - Analyse content performance across platforms and prepare post-release reports. - Identify insights and make recommendations to improve story reach, engagement, and retention. Success Indicators - Zero delays in shoot coordination and publishing cadence. - High-quality, error-free written and visual packaging. - Smooth coordination between production, editing, and publishing teams. - Consistent adherence to storytelling formats, metadata standards, and documentation systems. Mandatory Qualification And Experience - 24 years of experience in content writing, digital communication, creative coordination, or media production. - Strong writing, documentation, and organisational skills. - Basic understanding of audio/video content workflows. - Ability to manage multiple moving parts with precision and clarity. - Familiarity with content calendars, dashboards, production sheets, and publishing tools (YouTube Studio, podcast platforms, social media). - Experience in the development/CSR/impact sector is a plus.
