Responsibilities - Create engaging visual content for digital marketing campaigns, including banners, ads, and social media assets. - Assist in developing brand identities, logos, and design elements that align with user experience (UX) best practices. - Design intuitive and visually appealing UI elements for websites, mobile apps, and digital interfaces. - Work on wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively. - Ensure designs are optimized for web and mobile use, focusing on usability, accessibility, and load times. Requirements - Proficiency in graphic designing tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Figma would be a plus. - 1-2 years of experience in graphic designing. - Basic ability to understand and converse in Telugu. - Excellent attention to detail, visual design consistency, and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work within brand guidelines, design briefs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Work Mode & Compensation - Type: Part-Time (24 working hours/week — 4 hours per day, 6 days a week) - Remuneration: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and performance) - Mode: Remote
