Key Responsibilities: · Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivables, payroll, and general ledger. · Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing. · Prepare financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (Ind-AS/IFRS/GAAP). · Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and compliance. · Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit queries. · Monitor cash flow forecasts and ensure optimal fund utilisation. · Oversee vendor payments, collections, and treasury operations. · Collaborate with business, HR, operations, and leadership teams for financial planning and execution. Qualifications & Skills : · Semi Qualified CA /Commerce Graduates /MBA in Finance · 2–3 years of experience in financial management, controlling, or similar roles. · Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial compliance, and regulatory frameworks. · Hands-on experience with accounting systems (Zoho Books,SAP, QuickBooks, etc.). · Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling. · Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. · Ability to lead a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
