Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts/Tax Officer located in Surat. The Accounts/Tax Officer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including tax preparation, ensuring tax compliance, managing financial records, and interpreting tax laws. The role also involves providing sound financial advice and supporting the firm's clients in tax-related matters. Qualifications - Experience in Australian Accounting/Taxation/Payroll - Must have Xero software knowledge - Sound knowledge of Finance principles and practices - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus - Prior experience in the financial or tax consultancy industry is beneficial
