About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Website Designer to join our dynamic team at Bodhe Institute for Entrepreneurship. The ideal candidate will possess a hybrid skill set combining traditional web design and development expertise with a solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). This role involves designing and developing cutting-edge AI-powered websites and tools that enhance user experience, automate design processes, and integrate AI functionalities seamlessly. The AI Website Designer will collaborate closely with our content and technical teams to create intuitive, responsive, and intelligent web solutions that align with our mission of fostering entrepreneurial growth and digital transformation. Qualifications The successful candidate will have a strong educational background complemented by relevant experience in web design, development, and AI integration. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Graphic Design, Web Design, or Human-Computer Interaction is preferred. Alternative pathways include completion of coding bootcamps, specialized certifications in AI/ML, or online courses that combine web development with AI integration. A compelling portfolio showcasing your ability to develop aesthetically pleasing and technically advanced AI-powered websites is essential. The candidate should demonstrate proficiency in both front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. Strong soft skills, including communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving, are equally important to effectively bridge the gap between design, technical constraints, and client expectations. Responsibilities - Design and develop user-centric, visually appealing, and responsive websites incorporating AI functionalities to enhance user engagement and experience. - Integrate AI components such as chatbots, content personalization modules, and automated layout adjustments using relevant frameworks and APIs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, data scientists, and developers to ensure seamless integration of AI features within web platforms. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups using industry-standard tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to visualize ideas and gather stakeholder feedback. - Implement best practices in UX/UI design to ensure websites are intuitive, accessible, and compatible across all devices and browsers. - Stay updated on the latest AI advancements, web technologies, and design trends to continuously innovate and improve website functionalities. - Optimize website performance, security, and scalability while maintaining high standards of quality and usability. - Participate in testing, debugging, and refining AI-powered features to ensure robustness and reliability.
