Job Description - Develop and implement QHSE policies, procedures, and guidelines aligned with industry standards. - Lead API audits and ensure policies and compliance are duly adhered to and followed - Ensure compliance with local and international health, safety, and environmental regulations. - Oversee internal audits and inspections to maintain quality and safety benchmarks. - Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to identify and mitigate risks. - Provide training and awareness sessions for employees on QHSE standards and best practices. - Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. - Prepare and present detailed QHSE reports to senior management. - Monitor and continually improve the performance of QHSE management systems. The Successful Applicant A successful QHSE Manager should have: - A degree in Mechanical/Petroleum engineering, environmental science, or a related discipline. - API certifications - American Petroleum Institute - Proven expertise in quality, health, safety, and environmental management systems. - Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards within the oil sector. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to lead and train teams in QHSE practices effectively.
