Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Kanpur for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing relationships with clients, and achieving business targets within the assigned territory. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing sales inquiries, overseeing distribution networks, leading the sales team, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves market analysis and reporting to support strategic decisions. Qualifications - Proficiency in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management - Skills in Market Analysis, Lead Generation, and Strategic Planning - Experience in Team Leadership, Performance Management, and Coordination - Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills - Understanding of the orthopedic or healthcare industry is preferred but not mandatory - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory
