Hiring for STIBO Master Data management MDM - Bangalore Chennai Hyderabad Job Summary We are seeking an experienced STIBO MDM Specialist to join our data management team This role will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the STIBO STEP platform ensuring high-quality master data and supporting enterprise data governance efforts The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in STIBO STEP MDM and a strong background in data integration modeling and data quality management Key Responsibilities Design configure and implement MDM solutions using the STIBO STEP platform Develop data models workflows hierarchies and business rules within STIBO Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with data governance policies Integrate STIBO MDM with upstream downstream systems using APIs ETL and other integration tools Perform data quality checks profiling cleansing and enrichment Support data migration and onboarding initiatives for product customer supplier and location domains Monitor MDM processes and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner Create and maintain technical documentation including data dictionaries process flows and configurations Train end-users and internal stakeholders on STIBO STEP functionality and best practices Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field 4 years of experience in MDM with at least 2 years on STIBO STEP platform Strong understanding of master data domains Product Customer Supplier Location Experience with STIBO STEP features like Business Rules Workflows Data Modeling and APIs Proficient in SQL XML JSON JavaScript and RESTful services Familiarity with data governance and data quality principles Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
