Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Marketing (SMM) Manager to oversee and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. The SMM Manager will be responsible for developing strategies, managing campaigns, engaging audiences, analyzing performance, and driving measurable results that align with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Manage day-to-day operations of all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.). Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Create, curate, and manage engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, infographics). Monitor social media trends, tools, applications, and emerging platforms. Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, ROI) and prepare monthly reports. Collaborate with design, content, and digital marketing teams to ensure brand consistency. Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations where applicable. Stay updated with algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly. Handle online reputation management by monitoring comments, reviews, and messages. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven work experience (3–5 years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices. Experience with paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and visual communication skills. Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is an added advantage. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
