Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the movement of goods from suppliers to warehouses and from warehouses to customers Ensure timely delivery of goods while monitoring the performance of logistics partners and transporters Manage the documentation related to shipments including invoices delivery orders and customs paperwork Track inventory levels and monitor stock to ensure accurate and efficient warehouse management Communicate with vendors suppliers and customers to resolve delivery issues and discrepancies Plan and manage the transportation routes optimizing for cost and time efficiency Monitor and report on logistics performance identifying areas for improvement Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and company policies regarding transport and storage Collaborate with internal departments sales procurement etc to ensure smooth and effective operations Requirements Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or related field Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management preferably in a similar role Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Good knowledge of logistics software and MS Office Strong problem-solving and communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy Job Type Full-time Pay From 25 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Schedule Morning shift Weekend availability Work Location In person
