With a solid customer base in India, the company is actively expanding into international markets, particularly in North America and Europe. Key Responsibilities: - Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards related to SEBI, Stock Exchange, and RBI, maintaining the integrity of financial operations. - Investor Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with investors, ensuring transparent communication and reporting on the company’s financial performance. - Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate financial reports to stakeholders, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations. - Financial Planning and Budgeting: Lead the financial planning process, including development of budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business objectives. - Financial Controlling: Monitor and control financial performance against the budget, providing insights and recommendations for improvements in financial efficiency. - Legal and Secretarial Compliances: Ensure all legal, secretarial, and compliance-related requirements are met, adhering to corporate governance standards. - Cost Management: Implement cost control measures to optimize resource allocation and improve overall profitability. - Taxation Management: Manage both direct and indirect taxation, ensuring compliance with all tax regulations and optimizing tax efficiency. - Statutory Audit and Internal Audit: Oversee the statutory audit process and conduct internal audits to ensure financial integrity and compliance with company policies. Profile Requirements: - Chartered Accountant (CA) with a preference for a additional qualification of Company Secretary (CS). - Proven track record of independently leading and managing the finance and accounts function of a reputed listed company. - A minimum of 60-70% of experience in the manufacturing sector, with a deep understanding of industry-specific financial practices. - Hands-on experience with SAP FICO, enabling effective financial management and reporting.
