Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Chief of Staff. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating with different departments, managing projects, and aligning strategic initiatives across the organization. The role includes planning and executing high-level administrative and executive support tasks, facilitating internal communication, and providing critical support to the executive team. Qualifications - Project Management, Strategic Planning, and Cross-departmental Coordination skills - Leadership, Team Management, and Organizational abilities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Data Analysis, Market Analysis, and Decision-making - Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and work in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA is a plus - Previous experience in a Chief of Staff role or similar high-level executive support position - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management tools
