Our Company The Kraft Heinz Company KHC is revolutionizing the food industry - we will be the most profitable food company powered by the most talented people with unwavering commitment to our communities leading brands and highest product quality in every category in which we compete As a global food and beverage powerhouse Kraft Heinz represents over 26 billion in revenue Role Overview This is a role in the Global Tech Team reporting to Head of IT Master Data Management Your primary responsibility is to lead a successful Master Data Management AMS Application Maintenance Support team across 2 GCC locations India Mexico You own the BAU delivery of production bugfixes and enhancements that are in scope of AMS You have extensive techno-functional experience in Master Data Management Data Migration tools and solutions You will lead a team of SAP MDG experts to implement and maintain the solutions for Master Data Products and Platforms You will work closely alongside our S4 IT process teams and Business users You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive discussions and reach a best-fit solution You will motivate and bring your team members along in the journey to empower and collectively drive the exciting opportunity of shaping up a solid data management foundation for the company to help drive its strategic data-driven initiatives This role will manage internal and external project resources responsible for master data products implementation delivery This role would require Ensure seamless BAU continuity of Biz operations after project go-live Leading medium to large scale data migration projects partnering with the Biz and acting as the SPOC for Data Migration MDG implementation delivery Interacting with internal external project resources in successfully delivering SAP Data migration MDG implementation across multiple projects spanning multiple different geographical locations Tech landscapes Lead and advice business process improvement on SAP MDG enablement initiatives Participate in the development of and implementation of global regional data policies at the regional departmental level Position Responsibilities Lead the MDM AMS team across India and Mexico GCCs for successful BAU operations Innovate transform modernise and optimise the Master Data Management capability within Kraft Heinz Manage key stakeholder relationships across all the ERP business process leads and regional process experts Develop and lead a team of techno-functional experts to support BAU bugfixes improvements and enhancement projects covering the Data Management space with our ERP landscape - Master Data Governance Finance Customer Supplier Material Master Data Domains Data Migration Demonstrates project management experience to be able to translate the broader project plan into actionable steps for the area and drive that delivery from program inception to hypercare Expert in SAP MDG S4 HANA SAP BODS and related tools in the Data Management space with hands on experience able to champion the core solution design able to train and support other team members Manage all stakeholders in external delivery partners internal controls and Security Partners collaboratively with the Global Master Data Business Lead to improve MD operational and maintenance processes particularly focused on simplification user adoption and improvement of total turnaround time for MD onboarding Drives the implementation and maintenance of a strong controlled environment with robust processes compliant with US GAAP and local statutory requirements Qualifications - Hard skills Bachelor s Degree or higher in Computer Science or related field is required Minimum 12 years experience including SAP MDG Certified Possesses overall high-level SAP Functional experience across all modules as part of understanding SAP data model and key process impacts to data Project scoping management requirements analysis definition mapping solution and process design and test planning scenario creation for large scale programs including budgeting and forecasting Ability to find continuous improvement opportunities in MDM products and platform portfolio Consumer Products industry nice-to-have Experience in SAP Data Migration tools like DMLT is nice-to-have Experience in SAP BODS is nice-to-have Experience in building analytical data models and PowerBI dashboards is nice-to-have Team management experience required Ability to travel as required for delivery 10-20 Qualifications -
