Job Role: Process Associate-Webchat Job Location: PUNE Job Requirement: - Excellent communication skills. - Candidates should have International customer service experience VOICE/CHAT Banking, Financial Services and Insurance domain is preferred. - Graduate and above with minimum 12 months of experience and HSC with minimum of 18 months of experience with a maximum 5 years of experience in the contact center industry. - Ability to work in any UK shifts. - Mode of Salary credit should be through banks from all the employers (No cash in hand) - All educational and employment documents are mandatory to have Skill Requirement: - Excellent Communication skills. - Ability to work in a target oriented environment - Good team player - Ability to Multitask - Typing speed of 35 wpm - Possess effective problem solving skills and have the ability to deliver timely resolution. - Should be customer centric and be focused on delivering excellence Job Description: - To provide good quality customer service and to ensure customer satisfaction. - To offer assistance to customers and provide FCR. - Meet targets like Quality, CSAT, AHT, Compliance, Attendance & Adherence. - Adhere to internal policies to ensure compliance with legal parameters as well as company policies and procedures.
