As an AI Engineer, you'll work at the intersection of software engineering and AI, developing applications that harness the power of foundation models to solve real-world challenges. Requirements

Technical Requirements

AI Skills:

- Experience building prototypes and AI-powered products using LLMs.
- Understanding of various AI models and their capabilities.
- Strong prompt engineering skills to guide AI outputs effectively.

Backend Skills:

- Solid grasp of networking fundamentals (HTTP request/response cycle, DNS, proxy servers).
- Experience with relational databases, API development, queues, and cron jobs.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean) is a plus.
- Bonus: Experience with real-time networking (WebSockets).

Frontend Skills:

- Strong fundamentals in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with frontend frameworks like React, Vue, or Svelte.
- Ability to build responsive and adaptive UIs with a keen eye for design consistency.
- Strong debugging and root cause analysis skills.

Evaluation & Quality Assurance

- Develop comprehensive evaluation methodologies beyond traditional testing.
- Implement automated and human evaluation processes.
- Monitor AI system performance to detect drift or degradation.

Technical Exploration & Continuous Learning

- Stay ahead of the latest AI research and model advancements.
- Experiment with fine-tuning models and optimizing performance.
- Contribute to AI engineering best practices and share insights with the team.
