Job Title: Insurance Sales Executive Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Executive to promote and sell insurance products to clients. The role involves identifying customer needs, providing suitable insurance solutions, and meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Sell life, health, and general insurance products. Identify new sales opportunities through networking, cold calls, and referrals. Meet with clients to explain policies and recommend plans. Maintain customer relationships and encourage renewals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience in sales; insurance sales is a plus. Strong communication and negotiation skills. IRDAI license (if applicable). Target-driven and customer-focused.Required Skills and Competencies: Sales and Persuasion: Strong ability to convince, negotiate, and close sales.
