Our fast-paced, innovative environment offers team members the chance to contribute directly and grow alongside the company as we expand quickly. Stipend: ₹3,000 – ₹6,000 per month Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Intern to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a student or recent graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in a start-up environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive learner, passionate about sales and business growth, and ready to support various projects across marketing, operations, and client engagement. Key Responsibilities - Assist the sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks. - Support lead generation, follow-ups, and client communication. - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities. - Help prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals. - Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns that drive sales and brand awareness. - Participate in creative brainstorming sessions for new sales initiatives. - Maintain and update CRM systems and digital files. Requirements - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. - Strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office applications. - Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to tasks. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications - Prior internship or volunteer experience in sales, marketing, or customer service. - Familiarity with social media platforms for business (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). - Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead generation principles. - A creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and outside the box.
