Key Responsibilities Handle admission-related inquiries through calls emails and walk-ins Provide detailed information about the school curriculum facilities and policies to parents Maintain a strong follow-up system to ensure maximum conversion from inquiry to admission Schedule and conduct campus tours for prospective parents and students Maintain and update the admission database on a regular basis Coordinate with the accounts department for fee-related processes Assist in organizing admission drives open houses and promotional events Support digital and offline marketing activities for admissions Prepare periodic reports on admissions status leads and conversions Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while dealing with parents and external stakeholders Required Skills Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong persuasion and counseling ability Good command over English and Hindi spoken and written Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications Smart personality with a pleasant and professional attitude Ability to multitask and work under pressure Qualification Experience Bachelor s degree in any discipline Master s preferred 1-3 years of experience in admissions counseling preferably in an educational institution Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
