This role is critical in ensuring our systems remain reliable, scalable, and aligned with business needs. The developer will collaborate closely with product owners, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES -  Application Development & and Maintenance:  Update, enhance, and maintain existing Python applications across the company’s ecosystem.  Refactor and modernize legacy codebases to improve performance, security, and maintainability.  Contribute to data integration using ETL tools such as SSIS and develop reports using Power BI.  Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:  Debug, investigate, and resolve complex issues in production and staging environments.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement permanent fixes.  System Integration & Optimization:  Ensure seamless integration between Python applications and other internal or third-party systems.  Contribute to the design and optimization of APIs, services, and database interactions.  Collaboration & Leadership:  Participate in technical design discussions and code reviews.  Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, promoting best practices.  Identify and implement potential enhancements in collaboration with stakeholders.  Monitoring & Reporting:  Monitor application performance, implementing improvements to enhance scalability and stability.  Document solutions, processes, and technical decisions for knowledge sharing.
