Finishing Foreman

Job Description Job Title: Finishing Foreman Location: Mohali (Project Site) Department: Construction / Project Execution Experience Required: 510 years CTC: 35,000 to 40,000 Per Month Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finishing Foreman to supervise and coordinate all finishing activities at our Mohali project site. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality finishing work, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and execute all site finishing works such as plastering, painting, tiling, false ceiling, flooring, carpentry, waterproofing, and other interior/exterior finishes. - Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of finishing activities. - Inspect ongoing work to ensure quality standards, design specifications, and workmanship. - Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and ensure completion as per schedule. - Manage labor teams efficiently and monitor manpower productivity. - Ensure proper material usage and minimize wastage. - Check finishing details as per approved drawings and specifications before handover. - Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with site regulations. - Report to the Project Manager on progress, issues, and requirements for materials or manpower.
