We are seeking a Senior SEO Manager to spearhead our organic growth strategy, scale visibility across international markets, and drive high-quality traffic that converts.

Role Overview

As Senior SEO Manager, you will lead Backdropsource's SEO initiatives end-to-end. This role combines hands-on execution and strategic leadership. You will guide a talented SEO team, partner closely with content, design, product, and engineering teams, and ensure that SEO becomes a key growth driver for our business.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Leadership

- Define and own Backdropsource's SEO roadmap across technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a small SEO team, setting clear goals and ensuring accountability.
- Stay updated on algorithm changes, global SEO trends, and competitive insights to maintain industry leadership.

Execution & Optimization

- Conduct keyword research, competitive benchmarking, and market analysis to inform strategy.
- Lead technical SEO efforts (site audits, crawl optimization, structured data, Core Web Vitals, etc.)
- Collaborate with content and design teams to optimize existing assets and guide SEO-first content creation.
- Drive link-building, authority growth, and international SEO strategies.

Measurement & Reporting

- Define SEO KPIs and build reporting dashboards for performance tracking.
- Deliver actionable insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Continuously experiment, A/B test, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.

Qualifications & Experience

- 6+ years of SEO experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial/team lead role.
- Proven track record of driving measurable organic growth for e-commerce or large-scale websites.
- Deep knowledge of technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.).
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management ability.
- E-commerce and international SEO experience strongly preferred.
