Job Description

Junior Video Editor

The Indian Garage Co. is a leading fashion brand known for its unique blend of contemporary styles and timeless aesthetics. As we expand our digital presence, we are looking to bring on board a talented Junior Video Editor to join our dynamic social media team. If you have a passion for storytelling through visuals and a keen eye for fashion, this role could be perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:1. Video Editing:

- Edit and assemble videos for social media (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook).
- Ensure that all video content aligns with The Indian Garage Co.&aposs brand aesthetics and visual identity.
- Collaborate with the social media team on engaging content.

2. Motion Graphics:

- Create and incorporate motion graphics and visual effects to enhance video content.
- Design and animate text overlays, logos, and other graphic elements that complement the video narrative.

3. Collaboration & Coordination:

- Work closely with photographers, designers, and content creators to align video content with overall campaign themes.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts for upcoming projects.

4. File Management & Organization:

- Manage and organize video files, maintaining a structured and efficient workflow.
- Ensure all project files are backed up and easily accessible for future use.

Requirements:

- Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience in video editing, preferably in a fashion or lifestyle brand environment.
- Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Motion Graphics: Strong knowledge of motion graphics is highly desirable.
- Creativity: A strong sense of visual storytelling, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling video content.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and collaborate effectively with the team.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects with tight deadlines.
