Job Description Job Summary The Manager-IPA Delivery Mgmt role is pivotal in overseeing the successful implementation of automation solutions within the network domain. With a focus on MS Power Automate the candidate will drive efficiency and innovation in a hybrid work model. This role requires a seasoned professional with 12 to 16 years of experience ensuring seamless delivery and impactful outcomes. Responsibilities - Lead the automation projects by leveraging MS Power Automate to enhance operational efficiency within the network domain. - Oversee the end-to-end delivery of automation solutions ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer expectations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation. - Provide technical expertise in automation and network domains to guide project teams and stakeholders. - Develop and maintain project plans ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met. - Monitor project progress and performance implementing corrective actions as necessary to achieve desired outcomes. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in automation and network management. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of delivery processes. - Mentor and support team members fostering a culture of learning and innovation. - Evaluate emerging technologies and trends in automation to keep the organization at the forefront of industry advancements. - Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions. - Report on project status risks and opportunities to senior management providing insights for strategic decision-making. Qualifications - Possess extensive experience in automation technologies particularly MS Power Automate to drive project success. - Demonstrate strong domain expertise in networks enabling effective management of related projects. - Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid work model. - Showcase a proven track record of delivering complex projects within the specified timelines. - Display strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. - Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field with a preference for advanced certifications in automation or network management.
