And now, we’re growing. The Role: Recruiter Intern We’re looking for a sharp, driven Recruiter Intern to help us scale our tech and business teams. You’ll work directly with hiring managers and leadership to drive an efficient and high-quality hiring process. What You’ll Do - Source and engage top talent for technology and business roles - Run end-to-end recruitment processes: from sourcing to offer - Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience - Support employer branding efforts and candidate communications - Work closely with hiring teams to build a high-quality talent pipeline What We’re Looking For - Only open to MBA students graduated in 2025 - Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition - Strong communication and organizational skills - Interest in technology and startups - Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities with speed and precision - Self-starter mindset with a bias for action Internship Details Duration: 3–6 months Location: Primarily remote Stipend: ₹20,000–25,000/month Conversion Opportunity: High-performing interns may be offered a full-time role at the end of the internship
