Job Opening: Solution Architect – Microsoft Fabric (Data Engineering | GRC) Experience: 15 – 20 Years Role Level: Senior Solution Architect Location: Bangalore / Pune / Mumbai / Hyderabad / Noida Work Mode: Hybrid / Remote (Hybrid candidates: 2–3 days/week from office) Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST (Flexibility required with up to 4 hours overlap with US time zones) Engagement Type: Contract to Hire (C2H) Contract Duration: 6 Months Openings: 1 Compensation: ₹1.9 LPM (Negotiable based on experience and feedback) Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect – Microsoft Fabric with deep expertise in Data Engineering and strong GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) domain knowledge. The architect will lead the global rollout of enterprise-scale data engineering solutions, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate closely with security and platform architects. This role requires strong customer-facing capabilities, hands-on architectural leadership, and experience delivering data platforms in regulated environments. Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture and global rollout of Microsoft Fabric–based Data Engineering solutions Collaborate with Fabric Architects and Security Architects to design secure, scalable, and compliant data platforms Ensure adherence to GRC frameworks and regulatory compliance standards, including: GDPR CCPA Define and govern data ingestion strategies, including: Initial full loads and incremental/delta loads CDC / watermark-based ingestion patterns Architect and implement data integrations with: Salesforce (initial and delta loads with optimized pipeline strategies) MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and other RDBMS sources Drive customer-facing discussions on solution design, delivery planning, and execution Work in sync with global architect teams to support multi-region deployments Define best practices for data security, governance, scalability, and performance Required Skills & Experience 15–20 years of overall experience in Data Engineering, Architecture, and Enterprise Data Platforms Proven experience as a Solution Architect delivering large-scale data solutions Strong hands-on and architectural experience with Microsoft Fabric Microsoft Fabric Certification preferred Deep understanding of global data governance and compliance requirements Solid experience in designing secure, compliant data pipelines in regulated environments Strong knowledge of enterprise data integration patterns and cloud-native architectures Excellent communication skills with proven experience in customer-facing roles ⭐ Good to Have Prior experience in GRC-focused implementations Exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid data architectures Experience working with globally distributed delivery teams Strong documentation and architecture governance experience How to Apply Interested candidates can apply directly via LinkedIn or share their updated resume highlighting experience in Microsoft Fabric, Data Engineering Architecture, and GRC compliance.
